Return Policy & Instructions

Got a return? No need to blow a head gasket – just reach out to us! We can only accept returns that have been approved prior to receiving them. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (minimum fee of $10.00). Refunds exclude shipping and handling, and all returned packages must be insured parcel post or UPS (No CODs). All Instant Access purchases are non-refundable.

Step 2: Await Response

Our staff will review your email and respond to you within 3 business days.

Step 3: Repackage Order

If physical products were in the order they may need returned in orignal condition.

Step 4: Refund

If we can't resolve your issue and the products are returned you will receive a refund minus restocking fees.
