LLOYD'S POLICIES Privacy Policy: Rest assured that your personal information is safe at Lloyd's Automobile Literature. We do not keep any Credit Card information in our system. As soon as the order is processed, your Credit Card information will be destroyed. Lloyd's will never share your personal information (name, address, email, etc.) with a third party.Return Policy: Returns will be accepted only with prior approval. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (minimum fee $10.00). This charge must be paid with the return. Refunds exclude shipping and handling fees. All returned packages must be insured parcel post or UPS. No CODs or outside contractor packaging. Shipping: All orders will leave our warehouse within 48 hours of ordering. You will be contacted if your order cannot be shipped within this timeframe. Online Store Contents: The entire inventory of Lloyd's Automobile Literature is not reflected in our online store. If you are looking for a specific piece of literature, please feel free to call or email so we can check our entire inventory. All efforts are made to remove an item once we no longer have it in stock. Occasionally, an out of stock item will be on our site.
